As a German patent attorney, he is subject to the Patent Attorney Regulations (PAO) and the Professional Regulations for Patent Attorneys (BOPA) as well as the Code of Conduct of FICPI (Fédération Internationale de Conseils en Propriété Industrielle). Patent Attorney Dr. Völger is a European Patent Attorney and a member of the epi (Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office). He is also subject to the Code of Conduct of the epi (CC epi). He is admitted to represent clients before the German Patent Office (DPMA), the Austrian Patent Office (ÖPA), the European Patent Office (EPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the German Federal Patent Court (BPatG) and in patent nullity proceedings before the German Federal Supreme Court (BGH).
