Attorney Igor Dragobetski

Mr. Igor Dragobetski is specialized in all commercial, corporate and tax law issues arising in connection with the establishment, management and settlement of companies.

His activities also include legal representation in the field of investment law as well as general civil and contract law. This also includes the drafting of individual contracts including general terms and conditions and terms of use, especially for IT-based companies.

He also has special experience in the field of forensic tax law, i.e. the conduct of tax objection and complaint proceedings as well as the defence in criminal tax law and economic criminal law matters.

Attorney Dragobetski is a partner in the law firm Knigge Nourney Völger Böhm.

Attorney Igor Dragobetski studied law at the Free University of Berlin with a focus on corporate tax and corporate law. During his studies he worked in a company-oriented tax office in Berlin.
After his 1st state examination he worked as an assistant to the management of a trading company operating throughout Europe, which was particularly involved in the import and export of machine tools from and to Russia. Mr. Dragobetski completed his legal traineeship in Berlin, among others at the Berlin public prosecutor’s office, department for white-collar crime, at the Berlin-Schöneberg tax office and a tax law firm.

After completing the Second State Examination in Law, he initially worked for a long-established law firm of tax lawyers and notaries in Berlin. Since 2007 Mr. Dragobetski has been a member of the law firm Knigge Nourney Böhm.

Mr. Dragobetski is admitted to the bar association in Karlsruhe and is registered at the Stuttgart branch office. Like all German lawyers, he is entitled to represent clients at all local, regional and higher regional courts in Germany as well as the Federal Fiscal Court.
