He wrote his dissertation in the field of polymer ceramics and sol-gel chemistry at the Technical University of Darmstadt. During his doctorate he spent several months researching at the Japan Fine Ceramic Center in Nagoya / Japan on a scholarship. He completed his training as a patent attorney in Munich from 2004 to 2009 and was admitted as a German patent attorney. Dr. Völger is also a European Patent Attorney, European Trade Mark and Design Attorney and a Patent Attorney in Austria. Patent Attorney Dr. Völger has been working as a freelance patent attorney since 2010 and was a partner of the firm Völger & Behrens – Patent Attorneys and Attorneys at Law for several years.
